About this notice

This notice describes personal information handled through the Lesa Graham website and email enquiries. For privacy questions, contact hello@lesagraham.com.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any name, attachment or other information you include. We use this information to handle your enquiry, investigate a correction or respond to a permission request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Website connections

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Website and security logs may record technical details such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve the font files and sends technical request information. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies and accounts

Public registration and comments are disabled. WordPress uses cookies for authorised administrator sign-in. The Contact page currently provides an email link rather than a website enquiry form.

Email and service providers

Domain email is provided by Purelymail, operated by Add Rabbit LLC in the United States. Email, hosting and technical support services may process information needed to provide their services. Information may be processed outside Australia; a provider’s business address does not establish the location of every server or backup.

See Purelymail’s privacy policy and security and deletion information. Purelymail states that deleted messages may remain in its backups for approximately one month. That backup period is separate from how long correspondence remains in the mailbox.

Retention and requests

Enquiry correspondence is kept for handling the matter and any related record-keeping needs. Ask us about a specific message if you need information about its retention or would like it deleted. Deletion from a mailbox may not immediately remove backup copies, and records may need to be retained where required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can email us to request access to or correction of personal information you supplied, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If a privacy concern remains unresolved, information about Australian privacy rights and complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Whether a particular law applies depends on the circumstances.
